摘要
地方院校馆员培训中"软抵抗"现象是一种微小的、非直接性的对抗,但其累积影响不容忽视。论文调查了馆员培训"软抵抗"的表现形式,可分为:被动性、随意性、应付性;剖析了馆员对培训的态度、认知、期待,对馆员培训"软抵抗"现象进行了反思;分析了馆员培训"软抵抗"产生的原因;提出了应对馆员培训"软抵抗"的六种策略。
The “soft resistance” phenomenon of librarian training is a small, non-direct confrontation, but its cumulative effects should not be ignored. Firstly, this paper investigates the manifestation of “soft resistance”, which can be divided into passiveness, informality and cope tendency. Secondly, it analyzes the attitude, cognition, anticipation of the librarians to their training project, and reviews the phenomenon of “soft resistance”. Additionally, it analyzes the reason of “soft resistance”. Finally, it proposes six strategies for the “soft resistance” phenomenon.
