摘要
建设知识产权强国,亟需进行理论创新,董涛博士就此提出了人本主义路径理论。虽然人本主义路径具有重要价值,但也存在名实不符、内涵疏漏、批评过简等理论缺陷,有必要对其进行理论拓展,主要是应将消费者纳入人本主义路径,增补有同情心的企业家精神,并探索该理论的国际适用性。
It is an urgent task to carry out theoretical innovation in the course of construction of an IPR-strengthened nation.In regard thereof,Dr.Dong Tao put forward a theory of humanism path.Although humanism path is of importance significance,it has such theoretical drawbacks as name being inconsistent with fact,connotation being imprecise,and criticism being too simple.It is therefore necessary to further develop the theory.The major task is to incorporate the consumers into the humanism path,add in the entrepreneurship featured by compassionate,and explore the international applicability of the theory.
