摘要
21世纪头十年,中国经济发展获得惊人成就。这一成就是在中国加入世贸组织后取得的,在很大程度上应归功于现有国际经济和贸易秩序。作为参与国际贸易秩序的重要部分,我国知识产权制度有很大的成就。但十年来,我国知识产权政策理念方面也存在一些误判,使得我们的工作陷入困境。这可以从我国知识产权制度面临什么样的危机、我们应走一条什么样的"知识产权强国之路"、我们应当制定什么样的知识产权外交政策三个方面进行反思。
Our country achieved amazing economic growth in the past decade and all this can be contributed greately to the present international economic and trade system. As a major part of international trade system, out IPR institution also made a stride after the enterance of WTO. But due to some misunderstandings of IPR policy, we also met with difficulties in our work. This article reflects it from three perspectives, that is, what＇s the real crisis our IPR policy will confront？ What road we should take and what IPR fore,in oolicv we should imolement？
