摘要
目前订书机及订书钉广泛应用于生活的各个领域,同样它们也作为重要的物证在各类案件中频繁出现,利用订书钉上的细微痕迹进行同一认定现已是刑事技术人员亟需解决的问题。由于订书钉体积小,痕迹细微,之前的研究很少考虑纸张厚度、不同品牌和型号的订书机及订书钉对其的影响。本文从不同品牌、不同型号的订书机与订书钉以及不同纸张厚度等方面对订书钉的痕迹进行系统研究,希望本文可以为今后的案件侦查提供一定的参考。
Staplers and staples are currently widely used in various fields of life. Meanwhile, they also serve as an important evidence frequently occurring in various cases. Identical authentication of subtle traces left by staples has become a top issue for criminal technicians to urgently address. Staples being small and making very subtle traces, previous studies seldom took into consideration factors like paper thickness, the influence of different brands, models of staplers, staples on paper. This paper, from the aspect of different brands, different types of staplers and staples as well as different paper thickness,attempts to make a comprehensive and systematic study of the traces left by staples. We sincerely hope this paper can provide some reference for case investigation in the future.
