摘要
目的探讨微信平台管理对低年资护士专科护理水平的影响。方法选取我院手术室20名低年资护士为研究对象,自2015年1月起实施微信平台管理,将微信应用于培训、业务学习以及风险管理等,比较微信平台管理前后低年资护士专科护理水平及工作压力的变化。结果微信平台管理后,低年资护士在手术配合、消毒隔离、护理文书、安全管理等方面的护理水平均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年资护士的工作量及时间分配、护理专业及工作、患者问题等工作压力源评分低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台管理能够有效提高手术室低年资护士的专科护理水平,降低工作压力。
Objective To investigate the effect of We Chat platform management on improving professional nursing level of junior nurses. Methods In total of 20 junior nurses from operation room were selected, and they received WeChat platform management since January 2015, including training, vocational study and risk management through We Chat platform. The professional nursing level and work pressure of junior nurses before and after We Chat management were compared. Results After the implementation of WeChat platform, professional nursing level in aspects of operation, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents and safety management was higher than those before, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Work pressure source scores including workload and time allocation, nursing and working and patient problems were lower than before, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion WeChat platform management can effectively improve the professional nursing level of junior nurses from operation room and reduce their working pressure.
