摘要
大型飞机的研制是国家提高自主创新能力的战略重点。为了提高飞机装配质量与生产效率,采用智能装配技术是必然的发展趋势。回顾了智能制造的概念和发展历程,分析了飞机智能化装配所具有的智能感知、实时分析、自主决策和准确执行等四大技术特征,诠释了飞机智能化装配所涉及的产品设计、工艺设计、工装设计和虚拟仿真等4个环节的关键技术,以及构建飞机智能化装配生产单元所涉及的关键技术,对我国飞机制造业智能化发展具有一定指导意义。
The development of large aircraft is the strategic focus of the country to improve the capability of independent innovation. In order to improve the assembly quality and production efficiency, the intelligent assembly technology is an in- evitable development trend. Review the concept and development of intelligent manufacturing, and analyze the aircraft intelligent assembly with IntelliSense, real-time analysis, independent decision--making and accurate implementation of four maior technical characteristic. Explain the interpretati.on of the aircraft i.ntelligent assembly involved in the product design, process design, industry and trade design, and virtual simulation of four aspects of the key technologies. Introduce the key technologies to build intelligent aircraft assembly production unit involved, which has a certain guiding significance in the Chinese aircraft manufacturing industry development.
