摘要
当前信息技术、新能源、新材料、生物技术等重要领域和前沿方向的革命性突破和交叉融合,正在引发"第三次工业革命"。智能制造是引领"第三次工业革命"浪潮的核心动力。目前对智能制造的研究主要还处在技术应用层面以及国家宏观的产业政策层面,从经济学及产业组织学等角度对智能制造进行分析尚未充分展开。因此,未来对于智能制造的研究应该着重从以下几个方面展开:一是从产业组织学理论的角度剖析智能制造产生和发展的一般规律,丰富和发展产业经济学的相关理论体系;二是构建一个"国家智能制造发展竞争力指标体系",运用定量分析的方法对于指标的权重以及国家智能制造竞争力指数进行确定和分析,用科学的框架评估各主要国家智能制造发展的竞争力水平;三是比较分析各主要国家智能制造发展的相关政策,提出可供我国借鉴的产业发展政策。
Intelligent manufacturing is the core power to lead the ＂third industrial revolution＂.Current research of intelligent manufacturing industry mainly in technology and national macro industrial policy level,from economics and industrial organization theory and perspective of intelligent manufacturing industry analysis has not been fully carried out.The future research of intelligent manufacturing industry should be mainly from the following aspects：First,from the industrial organization theory point of view to analysis the general rule of intelligent manufacturing industry.Second,build a ＂national intelligent manufacturing index system＂ of industry competitiveness,using the method of quantitative analysis for the national intelligent manufacturing industry competitiveness.Third,comparative analysis of relevant policies in major countries of intelligent manufacturing industry development,put forward for the reference of our country industry development policy.
