摘要
在国家海洋强国战略、江苏沿海开发的背景下,淮海工学院建设海洋大学具有重要的现实意义。运用SWOT分析法,分析研究淮海工学院创建海洋大学的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并归纳出总体发展战略,可以有效指导其创建海洋大学的实践。
In the background of national marinetime power strategy and Jiangsu coastal development, the construction of Ocean University of HHIT has important practical significance. By adopting SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of constructing Ocean University, and sums up the general development strategy, which can effectively guide the practice of constructing Ocean University.
