摘要
目的比较EP方案同步放化疗与序贯放化疗方案对小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症的治疗效果及不良反应。方法选取在我院住院治疗的98例小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症患者,随机分为分为两组。观察组49例用EP方案同步放化疗,对照组用EP方案序贯放化疗。治疗后,观察两组患者的病情进展情况,比较两组治疗总有效率、2年生存率及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为69.39%,显著高于对照组的36.73%(P<0.05)。观察组1年生存率为77.55%,2年生存率为24.48%;对照组分别为57.14%和8.16%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组及对照组的不良反应发生率分别为77.55%及75.51,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 EP方案同步放化疗治疗小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症疗效显著,显著优于EP方案联合序贯放疗化疗方法,可提高患者远期生存率,且不良反应无明显增加。
Objective To compare the efficacy of EP regimen concurrent radiochemotherapy (CCRT) and continued chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of small-cell lung cancer complicated with hyponatremia and corresponding adverse reactions. Methods A total of 98 patients with small-cell lung cancer complicated with hyponatremia hospitalized in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (n = 49) were treated with EP regimen CCRT, while the control group (n = 49) with continued chemoradiotherapy. After the treatment, the progression of the diseases in the two groups was observed; the ORR, the two-year survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The ORR in the observation group was 69.39%, which was much higher than that in the control group 36.73% (P 〈 0.05). The one and two-year survival rates in the observation group were 77.55% and 24.48% respectively, while those in the control group were 57.14% and 8.16% respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 77.55% and 75.51% respectively, showing no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion EP regimen combined with CCRT was much more effective than EP regimen combined with continued chemoradiotherapy on the treatment of small-cell lung cancer complicated with hyponatremia and can improve the long term survival rate of patients without significant increase of adverse reactions.
