摘要 06Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢是再生器的主体材料,其焊接接头要求具有与母材相同或相近的力学性能和耐蚀性能。一般情况下06Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢焊接接头的强度能够满足要求,但其冷弯性能还不能得到保证。采用焊条电弧焊和手工钨极氩弧焊两种焊接方法,研究了不同焊接规范对接头冷弯性能的影响。结果表明,焊接规范对06Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢焊接接头的冷弯性能影响较大,大规范的手工钨极氩弧焊接头的冷弯性能较差。 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 steel is used to manufacture the regenerator,the key requirement of welded joint is to ensure the same mechanical properties and corrosion resistance with the base metal.Generally,the strength of 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 austenitic stainless steel welded joint can meet the requirements,but the bending properties of welded joint cannot be guaranteed.In this paper,two welding methods of SMAW and GTAW were used to study the influence of welding procedure specification on the cold bending properties.The results show that welding specification has great influence on bending properties of the joint,the groove blunt edge of joint and assembly clearance also affect the joint properties.
