摘要
通过混合等离子气热焓和密度计算,基于质量和能量守恒,提出了一种预测直流等离子喷枪出口温度和速度的方法。该方法考虑了等离子气压力、喷嘴直径、等离子形成气体性质以及喷涂功率的影响。计算结果与相关试验符合较好。应用该方法分析了喷涂工艺对喷枪出口最大温度和速度的影响规律,可用于指导等离子喷涂工艺的选择。
By calculating the enthalpy and density of plasma gas mixture,a method was proposed to predict temperature and velocity distribution at DC plasma spray torch exit based on mass and energy balance.The effects of plasma gas pressure,nozzle diameter,working gas and input power on the temperature and velocity were considered.The results calculated by this method are in good agreement with the results published previously.The temperature and velocity at the torch exit with different spray parameters were studied,and the results could be applies to plasma spraying process.
