摘要
[目的]研究大学生利他行为和心理健康是否存在相关,为制定相关措施提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,对杭州下沙641名大学生进行问卷调查,用χ~2、Spearman相关分析、Logistic回归等进行分析。[结果]不同年级、专业、性别大学生利他行为存在差异（P〈0.05）,女生、文科类、大三的学生利他行为较强;不同性别、年级大学生的心理健康存在差异（P〈0.05）,女生、大二学生的心理健康较差;利他行为和心理健康之间具有相关性（r=-0.139）;控制性别、年级、专业等混杂因素后,多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,利他行为弱的大学生有明显的心理问题,OR值为2.285（95%CI=1.514~3.449）。[结论]大学生利他行为和心理健康存在相关性,大学生自身需提高利他意识,投身实践,促进心理健康。
Objective Study on the correlation between altruistic behavior and psychologically health of college students. Methods The survey was conducted by using stratified cluster sampling method in 641 college students in Xiasha, Hangzhou. Chi -square test, Spearman correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze. Results There was significant difference between professions, grades and gender （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Girls, liberal arts students, junior students had strong altruistic behavior. The difference between different gender and grades was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, girls and Sophomore＇ s had worse psychologically health. There was correlation between altruism and psychologically health （r = -0. 139） . Gender, grade, professional and other confounding factors was controlled by doing logistic analysis, and the result showed that the one who had weak altruism was 2. 285 （95 % CI = 1.514 - 3.449 ） higher to have mental disorders than students who had strong altruism. Conclusions There is correlation between altruism and psychologically health. Students need to raise awareness of altruism and practice in life to promote mental health.
