摘要
网络原生数字资源馆藏化建设已成为国内外图书馆实践的热点,著作权问题是其健康发展的关键。网络原生数字资源馆藏化建设将涉及著作权人的署名权、保护作品完整权、修改权、复制权、出租权、汇编权、信息网络传播权等。图书馆获取网络原生数字资源著作权授权存在困境,可通过图书馆制订和实施著作权管理政策、积极探索和使用多种著作权授权模式以及完善国家立法3种对策规避网络原生数字资源馆藏化建设的著作权风险。
The construction of the collection of network born-digital resources has become a hotspot in the practice of libraries at home and abroad, and the copyright issue is the key to the healthy development of it. The construction of the collection of network born-digital resources involves the right of authorship, right of integrity, right of alternation, right of reproduction, right of rental, right of compilation, right of communication of information on networks and so on. There is a dilemma for the library to obtain the copyright authorization of network born-digital resources. It is pointed out that the copyright risk can be avoided through the library establishment and enforcement of copyright management policies, exploration and use of a variety of copvriqht authorization models and improvement of the national legislation.
