摘要
目的:分析复方丹参滴丸联用阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病合并颈动脉硬化患者的临床疗效。方法:选取本院接受治疗2型糖尿病患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均采用常规降糖治疗,对照组在此基础上服用阿托伐他汀钙,观察组联用复方丹参滴丸与阿托伐他汀钙,治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后的血脂、内皮素和一氧化氮、血栓素B2、血管黏附因子-1(s ICAM-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-3、6-酮-前列环素水平,双侧颈动脉粥样硬化斑块面积(CASPA)、内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果:复方丹参滴丸联用阿托伐他汀钙可显著降低患者的血脂水平,能显著改变血清一氧化氮、内皮素、血栓素B2与6-酮-前列环素含量,降低血清s ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3水平及双侧CASPA与IMT,且疗效均明显优于单用阿托伐他汀钙(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联用阿托伐他汀钙能显著降低2型糖尿病患者血脂等血清学指标,改善内皮功能。
Objective： To analyze the effect of Danshen diwan combined with atorvastatin calcium on ca- rotid atheroselerosis with type 2 diabetes. Methods ： A total of 90 cases of type 2 diabeteic patients were se- lected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. All the patients in two groups were treated by routine hypoglycemie treatment. The patients in the control group were treated by atorvastatin calcium, while the patients in the observation group were treated by the compound of Danshen diwan and atorvastatin calcium. Before and after the treatment, blood lipid, endothelin（ ET）, nitric oxide （NO）, thromboxane B2 （ TXB2 ）, sICAM-1, VACM-1, MMP-3, and 6-ketone-top ring element （ 6-Keto-PGF1α ）, bilateral carotid atherosclerotic plaque area（CASPA） ,bilateral carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） in two groups were observed. Results： The compound of Danshen diwan and atorvastatin calcium significantly reduced the levels of blood lipid in patient, significantly changed the contents of NO, ET, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 α in patients, significantly reduce slCAM-1, VACM-1, MMP-3, the bilateral CASPA and IMT and the efficacy were significantly better than those of atorvastatin calcium alone （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The compound of Danshen diwan and atorvastafin calcium can significantly improve the symptom of carotid atherosclerosis and the endothelial function of type 2 diabetic patients.
