摘要
目的探究降血脂药物治疗在2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化患者中作用。方法选择2017年1月-2020年1月在江苏省常州市新北区奔牛人民医院收治的2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化患者45例作为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则分为A组(采用常规降血糖药物胰岛素注射液进行治疗)23例和B组(在A组治疗的基础上采用降血脂药物辛伐他汀片进行治疗)22例。观察2组治疗前后血脂水平变化。对比治疗前后2组的颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)水平,对比治疗前后2组的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平,对比2组治疗2个月内药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前1d,2组的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇水平对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后3d,2组的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇水平均比治疗前1d低(P<0.05),且B组的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇水平均比A组低(P<0.05)。治疗后3d,2组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比治疗前1d高(P<0.05),B组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比A组高(P<0.05)。治疗前1d,2组的IMT水平对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后3d,2组的IMT水平比治疗前1d低(P<0.05),且B组的IMT水平比A组低(P<0.05)。治疗前1d,2组的血清ALT水平对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后3d,2组的血清ALT水平比治疗前1d高(P<0.05),且B组的血清ALT水平比A组高(P<0.05)。2组治疗2个月内药物不良反应发生率对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化患者采用降血脂药物辛伐他汀片治疗,可调节患者的血脂水平,可延缓动脉粥样化进程,调节血清ALT水平,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore effect of hypolipidemic treatment on type 2 diabetes patients with atherosclerosis.Methods The paper chose 45 cases type 2 diabetes patients complicated with atherosclerosis in Changzhou City Xinbei District people’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 as expert subjects,and divided them into group A(treated with routine hypoglycemic drug insulin injection)and 22 cases in group B(with lipid-lowering drug simvastatin tablets on the basis of group A)according to random lottery principle,23 cases in each group.Changes of blood lipid levels were observed before and after treatment,level of carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)before and after treatment,level of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)before and after treatment,incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups within 2 months after treatment was compared.Results There was no significant difference in levels of triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol between two groups 1 day before treatment,(P>0.05).3 days after treatment,levels of triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol were lower than 1 day before treatment,(P<0.05),those of group B were lower than group A(P<0.05).3 days after treatment,level of HDL cholesterol of two groups was higher than 1 day before treatment,(P<0.05),that of group B was higher than than group A,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IMT level between two groups 1 day before treatment(P>0.05).3 days after treatment,IMT level of two groups was lower than 1 day before treatment(P<0.05),IMT level of group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).1 day before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum ALT levels between two groups(P>0.05).3 day after treatment,serum ALT levels in two groups were higher than 1 day before treatment(P<0.05),those in group B were higher than group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups within 2 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Simva
