摘要
以培养应用型地方特色食品专业人才为目标,对食品科学与工程专业生物化学课程进行模块化教学改革。通过精简生物化学理论教学内容、提高实践教学学时比例、增加综合性和设计性实验学习内容、增设校企联合培养环节及采用综合性考核方式等几个方面进行探索性改革,使学生既掌握生物化学基础知识,又突出掌握食品专业技能。
This paper proposed reform of modular teaching in the courses of Biochemistry in food science and engineering major, aiming at training talents of food science and engineering with local characteristics. The reform included simplifying course content, increasing the ratio of practice teaching, adding contents of comprehensive and design experiment, promoting enterprise- school cooperation, adopting comprehensive assessments, etc, aiming at cultivating talents with both theory and practical skill.
