摘要 介绍了国内550 kV GIS的现状,详细说明新研制的550 kV紧凑型GIS设备的技术参数及结构特点。该550 kV GIS设备额定电流达到6 300 A,开断电流达到63 k A,隔离开关、接地开关及断路器机械寿命试验均达到M2级;其断路器灭弧室采用单断口结构,且断口间不装设并联电容器,机构为集成式油压机构;隔离开关与接地开关采用集成式、模块化设计,具备成本低、结构简单的特点。通过对关键元件及整体的仿真分析及小型化设计,实现了GCB+DS/ES+CT整体安装、调试和运输,减少了工厂内试验次数,节省了运输费用,提高了现场对接效率及质量,从而保证了产品的质量稳定性。该设备具有自主知识产权,设备更小、成本更低、布局更加合理,目前已完成全套型式试验项目,其成功的研制具有重大社会意义。 Present situation of 550 kV SF6 gas insulated switchgear(GIS) all over the world is introduced, and the technical parameters and structural characteristics of compact 550 kV GIS are especially explained. Rated cur-rent of 6 300 A and rated breaking current of 63 kA are achieved. For the mechanical endurance test of gas cir-cuit breaker (GCB), Ms level can be achieved in all of the disconnect switch (DS) and earthing switches (ES). The GCB is designed with structure of single-break without parallel capacitors in the arc-extinguishing and driv-en by integrated hydraulic mechanism. Integrated and modular design has been used in DS and ES an d the char-acteristics of low cost, simple structure have been realized. Through the simulation of overall of GIS and the key components, the GCB+DS/ES+CT can be instaUed, debugged and transported as a whole, which de- creases the time of test in factory and cuts down the cost of transportation, and improves the efficiency and quality. The stability of the quality of product can be ensured. This device has been developed with independent intellectual property rights, which can help to realize miniaturization and lower cost, and the layout can be more reasonable. A full set of type testing has been carried out. And the successful development of the device can con- tribute to a great social significance.
