摘要
金属封闭组合电器(HGIS)是介于常规敞开瓷柱式电气设备(AIS)和气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)之间的一种新型电气设备。文章介绍了550 kV HGIS近几年在我国9座500 kV变电站工程中应用的情况,指出对采用敞开式母线的550 kV HGIS产品,由于对其技术参数和型式试验目前完全执行的是550 kV GIS的IEC标准,因此其存在隔离开关开合小电流的额定值、隔离开关开合母线(双母线)转换电压额定值比我国电力行业标准低得多,而快速接地开关因电动弹簧操动机构方面的原因合闸时间比我国电力行业标准大得多,以及SF6气室分割数量少影响供电可靠性等方面的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案或建议。
HGIS is a kind of new electric equipment between AIS and GIS. The paper introduced the application condition of 550 kV HGIS in nine 550 kV substation projects in China in recent years. It is pointed out that there were some problems for 550 kV HGIS product that uses open type bus and follows completely by IEC standard of 550 kV GIS for its technical parameters and type testing, such as the rated value of switching small current and the rating of conversion voltage of switching bus (two buses) for switch -disconnector less than the value specified in standard of electric power industry in China, and the closing time for fast grounding switch much bigger than the value specified in standard of electric power industry in China because of electric spring mechanism, as well as the power supply reliability affected by less number of SF6 air chamber. The corresponding solution or suggestions are put forward.
