摘要
目的 研究分析高盐地区青年脑梗死住院患者的发病机制、危险因素及临床症状表现等。方法 选取2014年10月至2015年10月宝鸡市人民医院、宝鸡市中医院收治的首发急性青年脑梗死患者86例,所有患者均住于高盐地区,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照患者年龄将其分成两组,将18～29岁患者设定为A组（n=21）,将30～45岁患者设定为B组（n=65）,对比分析两组患者的危险因素。结果 青年脑梗死患者中男性发病率高于女性;高血压为主要患病危险因素;病因分型中以动脉粥样硬化为主;两组患者的LA、SA和SOE指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 加强对高盐地区青年脑梗死住院患者的临床资料研究,分析患者主要病因分型及患病危险因素,对临床治疗及预防具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the mechanism, risk factors and clinical symptoms of youth hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction in high-sah area. Methods Eighty-six eases of hospitalized youth patients with first-onset acute cerebral infarction admitted in Baoji people＇s hospital and Baoji traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as study objects. All the patients were living in areas of high salt and the clinical data of them were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups according to their age. Patients aged 18-29 years were classified to group A （n=21）, while patients aged 30-45 years were classified to group B （n=65）. The risk factors were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of young males patients with cerebral infarction was higher than females; hypertension was the major risk factor; atherosclerosis was the dominated cause of all the etiology classification type; LA, SA indicators and SOE data had significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct clinical research on cerebral infarction in hospitalized young patients from high-salt area, and analyze the main cause of cerebral infarction type and prevalente the risk factors. It has agreat significance for clinical treatment and prevention of this disease.
