摘要
创造性审查是专利审查中最常遇见的问题。在创造性审查中,一般采用三步法来判断申请的技术方案是否具有创造性。从三步法入手,结合具体案例,文章详细分析了从代理人角度如何答复审查意见。
Creative review is one of the most frequently encountered problems in patent examination. In the creative review, three steps method is generally used to determine whether the application of the technology program is creative. Starting from the three steps method, combined with the specific case, the paper analyzes how to respond to the review comments from the perspective of the agent.
