摘要
首先,介绍了创造性审查原则的两大方面,并指出其中"突出的实质性特点"比"显著的进步"对审查结论的影响更大。说明了几种特定类型发明,以补充对于"显著的进步"的考虑。最后,分析了终端显示领域中的微创新,以及微创新在寻求专利保护过程中所遇到的困难及具体的应对举措。
Flatly,the two main aspects of inventiveness examining are introduced~ and the ＂＇ prominent substantial characteristics＂ has greater influence on examining conclusion than the ＂ significant progress＂ which is also pointed out. Several specific types of invention are illustrated to complement the consideration of ＂significant progress＂. At last, several micro-innovations in image dis- play fiehl are analyzed as well as the difficulty and the concrete solution in seeking protection of micro-innovations.
