摘要
针对晶体振荡器相位噪声测试过程中存在干扰的问题,分析了影响相位噪声测试精度的因素,设计、制作了新型夹具。该夹具采用屏蔽壳体消除空间信号干扰,采用带弹簧自动锁紧针脚保证良好接触,并通过设置滤波电容减少供电电源干扰。基于新型夹具与PN9000测试系统,开展了相位噪声测试。测试结果表明,夹具较好的消除了干扰因素,测试数据一致性好、稳定性高。
To solve the problems in crystal oscillator phase noise test, a novel fixture was designed and manufactured in this paper after analyzed the testing influence factors. This fixture adopts shield case to eliminate the space interference, using spring automatic locking stitch to ensure good contact, and setting filter capacitor in the test circuit to reduce power supply interference. The phase noise tests were then conducted based on the fixture and PN9000 system. The results show good eonsisteney and high stability.
