摘要
介绍了相位噪声测试方法中直接频谱仪法、相位检波器法和双通道互相关法的测量原理及方法。将3种方法的测量结果与原微波信号源进行对比,分析了它们在相位噪声测量中应注意的事项。
The papeir introduces three methods for phase noise test：direct spectrum analysis, phase discriminator law, and dual channel cross correlation. Measured results of the three methods are compared with phase noise of the signal generator, and analyzed to find issues that should be concerned.
