摘要
为研究不同掺煤量下锅炉运行参数的变化规律,本文在Aspen Plus平台上根据国内某12 MW循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉建立模拟系统,进行运行模拟和数据分析。并在实际的垃圾CFB锅炉上进行运行测试。测试结果表明:仿真模拟结果与实际测试结果基本一致,该流化床模型还是较为合理的。经模拟得到的仿真数据可以在一定程度上作为实际的垃圾CFB锅炉运行调整的依据。
To study the operation parameters of different coal blending, the simulation system of a 12MW CFB boiler was built based on the Aspen Plus platform. And in the actual operation of the CFB boiler of garbage burning test, verify that the fluidized bed model is reasonable, and the simulation data obtained by it can be used as the basis for the actual operation of the CFB boiler.
