摘要
对生活垃圾与煤矸石/粉煤灰制备的垃圾再生固体燃料(简称再生燃料),在工业锅炉上评价其燃烧效率及排放特性。结果表明,与目前燃用的原煤相比,再生燃料的全水分、灰分偏高、发热量偏低,有害微量元素含量高;燃用再生燃料的锅炉热效率与目前燃煤热效率相当,可以作为一般工业锅炉用燃料;燃烧后尾气排放中的CO、SO_2、NO_x、烟气黑度以及Hg、Pb、Cd含量均低于国家标准限值,仅烟尘排放浓度较高,与垃圾中细粉颗粒较多有关。再生燃料解决生活垃圾的处理问题,燃用再生燃料具有较高的燃烧热效率和较低的污染物排放,是一种较好的生活垃圾的处理方式。
The combustion efficiency and emission performance of regenerated solid fuel,prepared by household waste and coal gangue/flyash,were determined in an industrial boiler.The results showed that the solid fuel was higher moisture,higher ash content and lower calorific value than the raw coal.The combustion efficiency of the solid fuel was relatively the same with the raw coal use right now.So the solid fuel can be used for the general industrial boilers.The content of CO,SO 2,NOx,blackness of exhaustion and Hg,Pb,Cd in exhaust gas were relatively lower compared with Chinese standard.The dust emission concentration was relatively high because of fine particles in domestic waste.Using regenerated solid fuel to deal with the household waste is a proper process for household waste because of high combustion efficiency and low pollutant emission.
