油田钻井废弃泥浆处理工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用破胶-混凝-化学氧化-超滤组合工艺处理油田钻井废弃泥浆,先投加80 m L/L的5%Ca Cl2溶液进行破胶,通过固液分离得到泥浆压滤液,向泥浆压滤液中分别投加200 m L/L的5%Fe SO4溶液和20 m L/L的0.05%PAM溶液进行混凝处理,再向混凝上清液中投加3.5 m L/L的30%H2O2溶液,氧化反应100 min,最后超滤处理80 min,出水CODCr去除率达到96.6%,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。试验结果表明,该工艺在处理油田钻井废弃泥浆方面具有较好的效果。 Gel breaking-coagulation-chemical waste drilling mud of oilfield. First of all, adding 80 was gotten through solid-liquid separation; secondly, oxidation-ultrafiltraion combined process was used to treat mL/L 5% CaCl2 solution for gel breaking, the press filtrate adding 200 mL/L 5% FeS04 solution and 20 mL/L 0.05% PAM solution into the press filtrate for coagulation; and then, adding 3.5 mL/L 30% H2O2 solution into the supernatant liquor; finally, with 100 minutes of oxidation and 80 minutes of ultrafiltration, the removal rate of CODcr in the effluent water reached 96.6%, the effluent water quality met the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The results of the test showed that, using the said process to treat waste drilling mud of oilfield could obtain good effect.
