液相色谱法同时测定茶叶中啶虫脒和多菌灵农药残留研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了液相色谱法同时测定茶叶中啶虫脒和多菌灵2种农药的分析方法。茶叶粉碎后经乙腈提取后,Carbon/NH2小柱净化,紫外检测器测定,外标法定量。对比NH2和Carbon/NH2固相萃取柱净化效果,对样品前处理和色谱分离条件进行优化,综合考虑,确定茶叶中啶虫脒和多菌灵2种农药的检测方法。结果表明院2种混合农药含量在0.01~0.50 mg/L间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r2=0.999以上。添加0.05~1.00 mg/L浓度,平均回收率在77.5%~83.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.5%~7.2%之间。方法最低检出限(S/N=3)啶虫脒0.01 mg/kg、多菌灵0.03 mg/kg。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留测定的技术要求。 A method based on liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of two kinds of pesticides tea acetamiprid and carbendazim.Tea after crushing was extracted with acetonitrile, and purified with CarbordNI-I2 column and UV detector,using external standard method.Comparison of NH, and carbon/NH2 solid-phase extraction column purification effect,the sample pretreatment and the chromatographic conditions were optimized, considering the determined in tea of acetamiprid and bacteria spirit 2 kinds of pesticide detection method.The results showed that the contents of 2 kinds of mixed pesticides had a good linear relationship with 0.01-0.50 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.999. When the concentration was 0.05-1.00 mg/L, the average recovery rate was in 77.5%-83.4%, the relative standard deviation (RSD)was 5.5%-7.2%. The detection limit (S/N=3)of acetamiprid 0.01 mg/kg and carbendazim 0.03 mg/kg.The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method were in accordance with the technical requirements of pesticide residue determination.
