摘要
目的探讨胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在肺癌及肺癌转移后的水平变化。方法非小细胞肺癌患者104例纳入病例组,其中鳞癌52例,腺癌52例,选择同期体检健康者32例纳入对照组,采集血清标本检测CysC、Hcy水平,并进行统计分析。结果 CysC、Hcy在鳞癌和腺癌患者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是2类患者2项指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者比较,CysC差异有统计学意义(t=-2.266,P=0.026),Hcy差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以是否发生远端器官转移作为因变量进行二元Logistic回归分析,结果显示CysC、Hcy不是发生远端器官转移的独立危险因素,但是当肺癌患者发生远端器官转移后,CysC、Hcy与肺癌远端器官转移个数呈正相关(r=0.392、0.257,P<0.05)。结论 CysC、Hcy不是肺癌患者发生器官转移的独立危险因素,肺癌晚期。CysC、Hcy与转移器官数具有相关性。
Objective To explore the significance of serum cystatin C(CysC)and serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were recruited into study group,including 52 patients with squamous cell carcinomas and 52 patients with adenocarcinoma.Meanwhile,32 healthy person were selected as control group.CysC and Hcy levels were detected and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences on CysC and Hcy between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma patients(P〉0.05),while there were significant differences on CysC and Hcy between the study group and control group(P〈0.05).The difference of CysC between clinical TNM stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ and clinical TNM stageⅢ/Ⅳ had statistical significance(t=-2.266,P=0.026).However,there was no significant difference in data of Hcy between clinical TNM stageⅠ/Ⅱand clinical TNM stageⅢ/Ⅳ(P〉0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that CysC and Hcy were not independent risk factors for remote organ metastases,however,when lung cancer patients had distant organs metastasis,spearman relativity analysis showed that all data of CysC,Hcy were positively relativity with organ metastasis numbers(r=0.392,0.257,P〉0.05).Conclusion CysC and Hcy are not independent risk factors for metastasis of lung cancer patients.At the later stages of lung cancer,Hcy and CysC are correlated with the numbers of organ metastasis.
