摘要
欧洲花楸原产欧洲,为蔷薇科苹果亚科花楸属落叶乔木,是集药用、食用、园林和生态等价值于一身的珍贵树种,目前在我国部分地区已成功引种。欧洲花楸能够抵抗早霜、晚霜、低温、干旱、酸沉降等多种灾害。当其受到病原菌侵害时产生联苯类化合物作为植保素,其抗逆性特点被越来越多的学者所关注。目前已成功构建了欧洲花楸悬浮细胞培养-诱导子处理的系统研究模式,挖掘欧洲花楸的抗逆性特点及应用优势,使欧洲花楸及其悬浮细胞在植物抗逆性研究中能够得到广泛有效利用。
Sorbus aucuparia L. natives to Europe, as Rosaceae Subfamily Maloideae Sorbus deciduous tree, which is one of the rare species collection of medicinal, edible, landscape and ecological value, it has been successfully introduced in some areas of China. S. aucuparia can resist frost, cold, drought, acid deposition and other stresses, resulting biphenyl compounds as phytoalexin when it infringed by pathogens, its resistance characteristics are concerned by more and more scholars, now the S. aucuparia suspension cell cultures-elicitor treatment system research model has been successfully constructed. It is worthy of mining S. aucuparia resistance characteristics and application advantages, so that S. aucuparia and its suspension cells can be widely and effectively utilized in plant stress studies.
