经皮肾镜取石术后脓毒血症与术中灌注压的相关性研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿外科的常见病、多发病.随着微创腔镜技术的发展,经皮肾镜取石术已成为治疗肾内和输尿管上段结石的首选方法.在我们关注其创伤小、可重复取石、结石清除率高、恢复快等优点的同时,开始注意经皮肾镜取石术所导致的各种并发症,如脓毒血症、出血、外渗等.而术后脓毒血症是最严重并发症之一,术中高压灌注则是其主要因素.本文对经皮肾镜取石术后脓毒血症与术中灌注压的关系作一综述.
