摘要
电子商务中的OTO模式越来越受到家具企业的关注。通过分析家具电子商务的发展现状,从与传统销售模式的比较分析中揭示家具电商所面临的机遇和挑战,并分别从线上产品的设计与展示、线下的展示与体验以及敏捷设计与响应等几方面提出了基于OTO模式的家具产品设计方法与应对策略,以期为家具OTO提供一个有益的参考。
OTO model of e-commerce has received more and more attention from furniture enterprises.This paper analyzes the development situation of the furniture e-commerce,reveals the opportunities and challenges that they are facing through a comparison between the traditional shops and the e-commerce.By analyzing the design and display of online products,layout and experience of the offline,agile design and prompt response to market and customers,the design methods and strategies of furniture product are proposed,so as to provide a useful reference for furniture OTO model.
