疏水改性硅溶胶防雾涂层的合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用Stber法,以正硅酸乙酯为原料,有机磷酸酯PAM-200和乙酸为催化剂,甲基三甲氧基硅烷表面改性的二氧化硅纳米粒子为改性材料,制得疏水改性硅溶胶防雾涂层。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测定(CA)和测定透光率等方式来衡量改性结果,对防雾涂层的结构及性能进行分析。结果表明,以质量比为1∶1的PAM-200和乙酸组成的混合酸作为催化剂,制备出的涂层附着力等级为2、铅笔硬度5H和耐冲击高度为27(±1)cm,当疏水改性SiO_2质量分数为溶胶的1%时,涂层的疏水角由57°提升到119°。 A hydrophobic modified silica based antifogging coating was prepared by Stober sol gel method, using tetraethoxysilane as raw material, organic phosphate and acetic acid as composite catalysts, MTMS modified monodispersed SiO2 as hydrophobic function material. The structures and properties of obtained coating were characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, contact angle and light transmittance. The results showed that, when the weight 'ratio of composite acid was 1:1, the adhesion level was 2, the pencil hardness was 5H, impact resistance was 27(+ 1)cm; when the dosage of modified SiO2 was 1.0%, the water contact angel of antifogging coating could be elevated from 57% to 119%.
