摘要
目的:明确适合番茄扦插育苗生长的最优蚓粪复合基质配方;方法:以蚓粪、珍珠岩、蛭石、草炭为原料,按不同比例混合,研究其理化性质及对番茄插条成活率、番茄扦插苗株高、茎粗、叶片数量、叶面积、地上部鲜重、根系鲜重、地上部干重、根系干重、叶绿素含量与根系活力等指标的影响,筛选出最佳基质配方;结果:草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪为1∶1∶0∶1的比例配置的扦插基质,其容重、孔隙度与p H分别为0.23 g/cm3,76%和7.39,符合番茄育苗基质要求,且该配方显著促进番茄扦插苗的成活及生物量的积累,叶绿素与根系活力显著高于对照38.93%和33.29%;结论:促进番茄扦插苗成活与生长的最优蚓粪基质配方比例为草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩:蚯蚓粪为1∶1∶0∶1。
Objective: To find the optimal vermicompost- formulated substrate for the growth of tomato cuttage seedlings. Method: To investigate the effects of the mixture of vermicompost,Perlite,vermiculite and peat on the survival of tomato cuttings,plant height,Stem diameter,Leaf number,Leaf area,aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight,chlorophyll content and root activity,to find the best substrate formula. Result: The bulk density,porosity and p H of the substrate which was in ratio of 1 ∶ 10 ∶ 1 with peat,vermiculite,perlite and vermicompost were 0. 23 g / cm3,76. 78% and 7. 39,respectively. It was in accordance with the requirements of tomato seedling substrate. This formula did not only significantly promote the survival and biomass accumulation of tomato cuttage seedlings,but also chlorophyll content and root activity were significantly higher than the control 38. 93% and 33. 29%. Conclusion: The best ratio of substrate formula for promoting the growth of tomato cuttage seedlings was 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 0 ∶ 1 which was mixed by peat,vermiculite,perlite and vermicompost.
