摘要
目的分析舒适护理措施在电子胃镜检查中的应用与价值。方法我院内镜中心2015年9月～2016年1月共收治行电子胃镜检查患者200例,将其作为观察对象。随机分组后,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理。以电子胃镜检查期间痛苦表现、护理满意度为观察指标,对比两组患者护理效果差异。结果观察组患者电子胃镜检查期间痛苦表现轻于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论电子胃镜检查期间实施舒适护理可缓解患者痛苦表现,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application and value of comfortable nursing measures in electronic gastroscopy. Methods Our hospital Endoscopic Center September 2015 to January 2016 total of 200 cases were treated with electronic gastroscopy, to observe it as an object of observation. Random grouping, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The pain and nursing satisfaction of electronic gastroscopy during the period of electronic gastroscopy were observed and compared with the difference of nursing effect between the two groups. Results The pain of the observation group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion During electronic gastroscopy, the implementation of comfort care can relieve the pain of patients, improve the satisfaction of nursing.
