摘要
目的研究在脑梗死后遗症治疗中应用中医辨证方法的临床效果。方法选取我院脑病科56例脑梗死后遗症患者,随机分成两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,实验组接受中医辨证治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,实验组总有效率为85.7%,高于对照组的60.7%（χ^2=4.462,P=0.035）。结论采用中医辨证法治疗脑梗死后遗症,具有临床效果显著,不良反应发生率较低等优势。
Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of cerebral infarction sequelae. Methods 56 cases of cerebral infarction sequelae in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, the experimental group received TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of the experimental group was 85.7%, higher than 60.7% in the control group（χ^2=4.462, P=0.035）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of cerebral infarction sequelae, has a significant clinical effect, the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
