摘要
目的对创伤后截肢患儿实施游戏结合阅读分享的团体辅导方法,探讨该方法对因创伤后截肢患儿心理应对能力的治疗效果。方法抽取2009年1月—2016年1月我院及本市另两家三级甲等医院诊治的创伤后截肢患儿46例,随机分为干预组(n=26)和对照组(n=20),二组患儿均接受骨科常规治疗和护理,干预组同时接受游戏结合分享阅读的团体辅导方法,时间为3个月,对照组不接受干预措施。在团体辅导前后应用慢性病儿童应对方式量表(Coping With a disease,CODD)中文版对患儿进行评测。结果干预后,干预组在幻想、自我安慰、远离和接受的得分高于对照组和干预前(P<0.05);在逃避和负性情绪反应的得分低于对照组和干预前(P<0.05)。结论游戏结合阅读分享团体辅导可以有效提升创伤后截肢患儿的心理应对能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of play therapy combined with shared reading on the mental coping capability of children with traumatic amputation. Methods From January 2009 to 2015,46 children with traumatic amputation were extracted from author's hospital and the other two general hospital in Tangshan. They were randomly divided into the intervention group(n = 26 cases) and the control group (n = 20 cases). The patients of two groups received routine nursing care,and the intervention group received play therapy combined with shared reading for 3 months,while those in control group did not. Both groups were evaluated by Coping With a disease(CODD) before and after intervention. Results The scores in wishful thinking, emotional reaction, distance and acceptance increased, and in avoidance and cognitivepalliative decreased in intervention group after intervention (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Play therapy combined with shared reading can effectively increase the mental coping capability of children with traumatic amputation.
