摘要
高压直流输电线路保护失配问题主要是表现在保护拒动、保护误动、保护失去选择性等几个方面,线路保护失配可能会导致故障范围进一步扩大,影响直流系统安全稳定运行。通过分析某实际直流的线路保护逻辑,基于实际的控制保护模型与参数的PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台进行大量仿真实验,系统地分析了可能导致保护失配的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。引用桥短路保护87CSY动作出口为行波保护与微分欠压保护的闭锁信号,阻止线路保护在区外故障时误动;引用行波保护动作出口并控制高电平宽度控制了保护失去选择性紊乱;经定值灵敏度的计算和主保护后备保护时序逻辑配合解决了保护拒动问题。实际高压直流输电工程的仿真分析验证了该改进措施的有效性。
Refusal-operation,maloperation and selectivity loss are main problems of HVDC protection mismatch, possibly causing fault range expansion and destroying power system safety and stability. This paper analyzed possible causes of protection mismatch and proposed relevant countermeasures based on protection logic of a real HVDC project and simulation with PSCAD/EMTDC platform with real control, protection model and parameters. Line protection maloperation problem caused by external fault was solved by importing 87 SCY operation signal as block signal of WFPDL and 27du/dt. Protection mismatch problem was solved by importing width optimized WFPDL operation signal as block signal of 27du/dt. Refusal-operation problem was solved by sensitivity calculation and study of sequence cooperation of main and backup protections. Simulation on a real HVDC project proved effectiveness of these countermeasures.
