微小RNA在急性髓细胞白血病中的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长度约为22个核苷酸残基的非编码RNA,在细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等方面都有重要作用。近年来,miRNA已成为相关研究的热点,并且其与多种癌症的关系已经得到证实。研究结果表明,miRNA的异常表达与急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)密切相关。笔者就miRNA在AML中的最新研究进展进行综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is endogenous small non-coding RNA of about 22 nucleotides,which plays a significant role in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and other physiological processes. MiRNA has become one of the hottest topics in recent years, and its relationship with many kinds of cancer has been confirmed. Studies have shown that abnormal expression of miRNA is closely associated with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). In this paper, the miRNA in AML in the latest research progress were summarized.
