氧自由基、炎症反应与肾结石形成的研究进展 被引量:25

摘要 肾小管上皮细胞暴露于钙盐晶体中会引发氧化应激反应和炎症反应,产生大量的氧自由基及炎症蛋白/因子,同时诱导细胞自噬活动增强,对肾小管上皮细胞造成损伤,为钙盐晶体提供了黏附点,有利于结石的形成。肾结石患者或大鼠肾结石模型中均可检测到高浓度的氧化应激反应标志物、炎性标志物及肾脏损害因子。炎症反应、氧自由基与肾结石的形成存在紧密联系。
