摘要
Sn-9Sn合金因其抗氧化性不理想,限制了Sn-9Sn合金的商业化应用进程。因此采用搅拌摩擦加工对Sn-9Sn铸态合金进行了改性处理,并进行了显微组织、可焊性和抗氧化性的测试与分析。研究发现:搅拌摩擦加工显著细化了合金晶粒,改善了合金的可焊性和抗氧化性。与搅拌摩擦加工前相比,搅拌摩擦加工后合金的润湿(零交)时间减少41.8%、最大润湿力增大25.2%、165℃高温氧化96 h后单位面积质量增重减小67.6%。
The unsatisfied oxidation resistance of Sn -9Sn alloy has limited the commercial application process of Sn -9Sn alloy. In this paper, Sn -9Sn cast alloy was modified by friction stir processing, and the testing and analysis of the microstructure, weldability and oxidation resistance were carried out. The study found FSP was capable of significantly refining grain and improving weldability and oxidation resistance of Sn-9Sn alloy. Compared to the unmodified alloy samples, wetting(zero cross) time of friction stir processed alloy reduced by 41.8%, the maximum wetting force increased by 25.2%, and at high - temperature of 165℃ for 96h the weight gain of mass per unit area decreased by 67.6%.
