摘要
目的对静脉用药调配中心的配置护士实行分层管理,提高服务质量和患者满意度。方法将配置护士按照老、中、青进行搭配,在质量、教育、绩效等方面分大、小组长和组员3层进行管理。结果通过对静配中心配置护士分层管理,极大地调动了全体配置护士的工作积极性和主动性,在提高输液质量、服务质量、患者满意度,减少差错事故和药物不良事件等方面都起到了积极推动作用。结论方法简单,效果满意,易于推广。
Objective To improve service quality and customer satisfaction through hierarchical management of nurses in pharmacy intravenous admixture services( PIVAS). Methods Nurses of different age groups in PIVAS were assigned to the same gruop. Three-hierarchy management was implemented in quality,education and performance. Results Such management has greatly aroused the enthusiasm and initiative of the nurses concerned. This has improved injection quality,service quality,customer satisfaction while reducing errors and adverse drug reactions.Conclusion This method has achieved good effect and is worthy of popularization.
