摘要
目的探究分析抗生素分层管理制度实施后促进临床合理用药的效果。方法对比抗生素分层管理制度实施前后,本院感染科抗生素使用量的变化以及院内感染率的变化。结果抗生素分层管理制度实施后,抗生素的使用量、院内感染率下降(P<0.05)。结论抗生素分层管理制度实施后,能够促进临床合理用药。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of promoting the rational use of drugs after the implementation of the management system antibiotics.Methods Before and after the implementation of hierarchical management system,comparison of our hospital infection branch change and the change of the nosocomial infection rate of antibiotics usage. Results After antibiotics layered management system implementation,usage of antibiotics and nosocomial infection rates decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Antibiotics after the layered management system implementation promote clinical rational drug use.
