Automatic extraction of corner points from box-steel-structure point clouds based on plane features

摘要 箱型接口是钢结构建筑安装中的一种典型接口,由于焊接及加工工艺,其端口无明显可供监测角点特征,用传统测量方法难以解决接口监测特征不固定且监测目标多的问题,本文采用地面激光技术进行钢结构安装检测,通过点云法向聚类及特征合并等方法自动提取点云局部平面特征,在此基础上结合钢结构先验尺度进行平面交会的方法获得钢结构的角点特征,实现了检测特征提取自动化,实验证明该方法提取角点精度与手工提取相当,大大提高了特征提取效率,有利于该技术在行业领域的应用推广。 Box is a typical interface in construction of steel structure building. It is difficult for traditional surveying method to monitor and measure the huge unnatural features of interface due to welding technology. In this paper,the TLS technology is used to inspect the installation of steel structure,and the plane features are extracted automatically from the point clouds by clustering normal of points. The structure corner feature is then computed with intersection of plane features. It can realize the automatic detection of the interface feature precisely and efficiently and is beneficial to the application in the industry.
