摘要
伦理生态或伦理多样性问题,乃一表达德性与规范、行动者与行动之诸多样式的范畴,它发生于相对固定且有别的由社会结构所决定的生产方式、交往方式和生活方式之中。在一个以家庭、家族、村社为基本交往空间的社会结构中,伦理生态或伦理多样性便不会成为问题,也不存在相互间的承认和尊重问题。当资本的世界逻辑打破地域的限制、抹平文化的差异,将不同地域和不同文化之下的人们置于同一个社会结构之下时,伦理多样性就成为了一个必须正视也必须重视的问题。就拥有不同信仰、道德思维和行为方式的不同人群来说,没有任何人群可以毫无缘由地以自己的伦理体系代替他者。然而由资本的运行逻辑所推动的现代社会,就在于解构任何差异,使其在可公度的功利面前被抹平。于是,一种由他者抹平和自我趋同的社会历史环境就会出现。在现代性语境下,如何承认和尊重相异的伦理体系就成为了应用伦理学和民族伦理学不得不重视的课题。过一种整体上的好生活是这种研究所追求的最高目标;承认和尊重各种伦理文化体系的正当性是这种研究应该坚持的原则。
Moral ecology or moral diversity is a category that concerns the diversity of virtues and norms,and actors and actions.It occurs in comparatively regular production,communication and life modes determined by due social structures.It will not be a problem or a matter of mutual acknowledgement or respect in a social structure that takes family,clan and village as the basic communicative space.However,when the world logic of capital extends over the geographical limit to surpass cultural differences by putting people from alternative cultures into the same social structure,then moral diversity would become an issue that demands careful attention.Against the modernist context,how to acknowledge and respect different moral systems has become an inevitable topic in Application Ethics and Nationality Ethics.To live a good life at a general level is the ultimate goal of what this type of research pursues;and to acknowledge and respect the legitimateness of all types of ethic cultural systems is the principle that such a research should follow.
