摘要
制度伦理是道德适应现代化条件下的社会生活的必然表现。制度伦理化是社会成员对于国家或政府的道德要求,伦理的制度化是国家对于社会成员个人的普遍要求,二者具有一致性。制度伦理的提出使道德对社会生活的干预具有了可操作性和直接性、可预期性和确定性,丰富了伦理学研究的内容,推动了伦理学理论的发展。制度伦理不关心人生的社会价值和意义,容易将道德工具化;制度伦理容易弱化人们的道德主体意识,使道德面临着失去存在的合理性的危险;制度伦理排除了传统道德的影响,使道德失去了历史的根基。建设有中国特色的社会主义道德,需要利用传统的道德资源以保持自己的民族特色,需要坚持社会主义的道德原则和规范给人们以价值的引导,需要注重人的美德的培养以使社会的道德获得坚实的基础。因此,道德建设不应仅仅局限于制度伦理的层面,而应该是上述各个方面的有机构成。
systemized ethics is the necessary representation of social life in order that ethics adapts to the modernizd condition. Systemized ethics is the ethics requirement as to the country and government by the social members, while ethics systemization is the nation＇s common requirement for the membets. These two sides have a consistency. Modernized society is the precondition to form the ethics systemization. The proposal of ethical system makes ethics interference to social life maneuverable, direct, anticipatable and ascertain. It makes the ethics research rich and promotes the development of ethics. The systemized ethics does not care about life＇s social value and significance, but it is very easy to make ethics an instrument, weakens the people＇s ethical main body consciousness, and threatens the ethics of its rationality of existence, eliminates the influence of the traditional ethics and looses ethics its histoical groundwork. In order to build socialism with specific characteristics, it uses the traditional source to keep its national feature. To guide people＇s value socialism moral principles and criterion need to be stuck to. To make social ethics gain the strong foundation, cultivating human＇s virtue needs to be paid attention to. It is not only confined to the surface of systematized ethics, but also to all the above aspects.
