摘要
基于光学方法的硫化氢传感器具有高灵敏度、抗电磁干扰、抗腐蚀等特点,是一种新型的硫化氢检测方法。详细介绍了各种光学硫化氢气体传感器的检测原理、检测精度,并分析了其优缺点,以及光学硫化氢传感器的发展趋势,对研究光学硫化氢传感器有重要参考价值。
H2S sensor based on optical method with high sensitivity, anti-electromagnetic interference, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, is a new type of H2S detecting method. The detecting principle and precision of this sensor are elaborated and the advantages and disadvantages are presented. Moreover, the developing trend of optical H2S sensor is predicted, which has important reference value for the research on H2S optical sensor.
