摘要
介绍了在商用空调水冷机组的冷凝器水室结构设计阶段,利用Creo软件中的Simulate有限元分析模块对水室结构进行力学分析的过程,模拟其应力和位移情况,校核水室筒体和隔板强度是否满足压力容器强度要求,为隔板优化设计提供参考。通过焊接一个加强筋,使隔板满足机械强度和刚度的要求。增强设备系统的可靠性,对实际生产有着很重要的参考意义。
This essay discusses the structure design of the water box in commercial HAVC unit and uses Creo / Simulate to analyze its structure and working process and simulate its stress and displacement. The result gives a reference to its optimization design. By welding a reinforcement bar to the water box,it is made meet the pressure vessel requirements and design specifications.
