摘要
铸铁蒸发器水室常开有大直径管孔、且铸造结构复杂。为实现铸铁蒸发器水室的参数化优化设计,基于Visual Basic6.0语言程序开发,利用ANSYS二次开发工具APDL和SolidWorks的API开发接口,采用数据文件作为接口中介,实现了对铸铁蒸发器水室结构的参数化优化设计及自动生成三维实体模型的开发平台。初步应用表明,该平台能有效提高设计效率和精度,为企业的快速响应市场奠定基础。
Large diameter tube holes are opened in water chamber of cast iron evaporator, and the casting structure is complex. Based on Visual Basic 6.0 program using the second development tool APDL of ANSYS and API of SolidWorks, adopting data files as interface, the development platform on parameterized optimization design and 3D solid model of cast iron evaporator water chamber slructure has been realized. The application shows that the design platform can improve the design efficiency and accuracy effectively and lay the foundation for enterprise quickly response to market.
