摘要
当前长江三角洲经济区的发展已迎来转型升级期,更深层次的区域一体化发展已成为国家的战略选择。其中,高等教育领域的区域联动发展日益受到政府部门的重视。目前长三角区域高等教育一体化发展以各类合作项目为主要载体,经过多年探索已取得不少成果,但研究发现在顶层设计、组织协调、项目实施、评估机制、参与广度等方面还存有一定问题。对此,提出了强化战略规划顶层设计、科学设置管理机构、提高项目合作深度、完善合作项目评估机制、建立多元参与机制等对策建议。
At present,the development of economic zone of Yangtze River Delta has entered a period of transfor-mation and upgrading. A deeper level of regional integration has become the country’s strategic choice,with the re？gional linkage development in the field of higher education being given more and more attention by the government.Nowadays the integrated development of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta is based on various cooperationprojects as the main carriers,and has made many achievements after years of exploration,but the study finds thatthere are still problems in top-level design,organization and coordination,project implementation,evaluation mecha-nism and the scope of participation. In view of these problems,it is proposed to strengthen the top-level design of stra-tegic planning,to set up management institutions scientifically,to deepen project cooperation,to improve the evalua？tion mechanism of cooperative projects and to establish diversified participation mechanism.
