磺酸化离子液体负载杂多酸盐催化合成乙酸环己酯 被引量:2

Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Acetate Using Sulfonated Organic Heteropolyacid Salts as Catalysts

摘要 以乙酸和环己醇为原料,吡啶功能化离子液体负载磷钨酸为催化剂,考察醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量等因素对乙酸环己酯收率的影响,并通过响应面分析法优化反应工艺。研究表明:[PPSH]2.0HPW12O40催化剂具有最好催化活性,优化后最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比为1.6∶1,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的6%,反应时间2.1 h,带水剂用量10 m L,此条件下乙酸环己酯的收率达92.1%,与回归模型预测结果相当。催化剂回收并重复使用6次,催化活性无明显降低,表明其具有良好的重复使用性。 Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized from cyclohexanol and acetic acid with SO3H- functionalized acidic ionic liquids supported phosphotungstic acid as catalysts. The effects of alcohol/acid molar ratio, the amount of catalyst,reaction time and the amount of water-carrying agent were also investigated. Meanwhile, the optimum operation conditions were obtained by response surface methodology(RSM). Results showed: [PPSH]2.0HPW12O40 catalyst had the best catalytic activity on the esterification of cyclohexanol with acetic acid. The optimum conditions were as follows : n(cyclohexanol)∶n(acetic acid) = 1.6 ∶ 1, the amount of catalyst of 6% to acid, reaction time 2.1 h and the amount of water carrying agent10 m L. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of cyclohexyl acetate reached 92.1%, in close agreement with values predicted by the mathematical model. The ionic liquids could be recycled and reused 6 times without obvious drop in activity, further indicating that the catalysts have good repetition.
